We do not accept return of items except for the following situations:
1. The item is defective from manufacturer
2. Incorrect delivery (item received does not match the item ordered), under the condition that it has not been opened.
We are happy to accept your return if your reason is one of the above within 7 days of delivery of your order. The return policy is as follows:
Within 7 days of delivery of your order, email (rma@lgvideo.com) with the following information to order sales department:

Reason for Returning
After receiving your return request and if your item can be returned, we will email you to confirm your return and you will be also given a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). A return is only accepted with a RMA number offered by us. When you receive your RMA number, please follow our customer service's direction to to mail your item
Shipping fee is handled as follows:
1. Defective from manufacturer:
Customer has to pay for the shipping fee first. After we receive the returned item, we will first check the returned item and confirm the reason of returning. If approved, we will mail a new item to you together with your next purchase. We will at the same time issue a cash coupon of the amount you paid for shipping, so that you can use it for your next purchase. If we cannot find the reason of returning, the shipping charge you paid will not be returned and the item will be send back to you together with your next purchase (with delivery fee of such returned item). If the returned item is damaged during the next shipment, we will not accept return
again. If the defective item is out of stock or discontinued, we will inform you by email and you can get a cash coupon for next purchase.
2. Incorrect delivery (under the condition that it has not been
opened):
After we receive the item and checked that it has not been opened, we will mail the correct item to you together with your next purchase. We will at the same time issue a cash coupon of the amount you paid for shipping, so that you can use it for your next purchase. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will inform you by email and you can choose to get a refund or exchange of other items or cash coupon for next purchase.
Note:
1) All returns without RMA number will not be handled.
2) If the returning item is damaged or lost during the return shipment, the return will not be handled and the payment will not be refunded.
3) If customer has not mailed out the returning items within 2 weeks after receiving the
RMA number, we remain the right to cancel the return.
